Beau Campbell began her classical ballet training in Malibu, California under Joanna Jarvis, and continued her studies with renowned teachers including Zippora Karz, Amanda McKerrow, and John Gardner.

In 2006, she joined Ballet Arizona under the direction of Ib Andersen, where she spent eight seasons performing a diverse repertoire of classical, neoclassical, and contemporary works. Her performance credits include choreography by Ib Andersen, Marius Petipa, August Bournonville, Michel Fokine, George Balanchine, and Christopher Wheeldon.

Beau has also appeared as a guest artist with Post:Ballet under Robert Dekkers in San Francisco, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens in their production of The Nutcracker in Montreal, Nova Ballet in Phoenix, and Quixotic Fusion.

In 2016, she joined the internationally acclaimed dance company MOMIX, touring globally in productions such as Opus Cactus and Viva MOMIX. A defining highlight of her career was performing the White Widow solo and TUU duet at the historic Teatro Romano in Verona, Italy.

After retiring from professional dance in 2020, Beau transitioned her lifelong passion for movement into yoga, where she now blends technique, creativity, and expression into a dynamic and deeply embodied practice.

Beau holds over 500 hours of yoga training, including a 300-hour advanced training and mentorship with Matt Giordano, where she also served as a mentor for both 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings. She has studied with respected teachers such as Joan Hyman, Annie Carpenter, and Schuyler Grant. A dedicated lifelong student, Beau is passionate about continued learning as well as mentoring and supporting other teachers in their growth.

She is also certified in pre- and postnatal yoga, and loves curating intimate group experiences for prenatal students and “mommy and me” classes. Her online prenatal program, Empowered Pregnancy, supports women in feeling strong, connected, and confident throughout their journey into motherhood.

Beau’s classes can also be found online through Wanderlust TV and the Soul Grooves app curated by DJ Taz Rashid, expanding her reach to a global community of students.

At the heart of her work is a desire to create a safe, open space where students can reconnect to their authentic self, explore their unique voice, and experience movement as both a physical and energetic practice.
